2010 Miss Virginia

RVGC creations for 10 of the Miss Virginia pageant contestants. Those arranging were Cyndi, Rosemary, Eileen, Kelly (Ellis), Marylee and Joyce. We arranged at Council Hdquarters and Cyndi and Rosemary put them in place.
